Fels Ideal Academy has always been about pursuing excellence in all that we do. That means preparing our students for the future by teaching them well, keeping up to date with the latest in education trends, and enabling them to become leaders who are confident in their own abilities.
Confidence is a virtue that encourages pupils to try new things, embrace learning opportunities, and approach problems with a can-do attitude. At Fels Ideal Academy, we motivate our students to have the curiosity to ask questions, and the courage to use that knowledge to grow.

Meet the Founder
Dr. Mrs. Nkoyo Felicia Agbugui, PhD is a dynamic, academically astute educationist. A person with a drive to promote and advance a culture of learning and curiosity among children and young adults.
With her significant experience in the field of education, she has produced excellent students at all levels who have gone on to attend prestigious secondary schools and universities within Nigeria and around the world. A majority of students have credited their success in part to the fondly named "Aunty Felicia" for her steadfast nature and the strong foundations she builds in them.
A devout Catholic and Lady of the Prestigious and Noble Order of the KNIGHTS OF ST MULUMBA . She is married to an amazing husband and her marriage is blessed with four beautiful children. Her love for family is evident in her relationship with her spouse and children. Hers is a home modelled after strong moral principles, kindness and integrity, which she strives to instill in all her students.
She is also involved in secular and humanitarian causes. With education being at the epicenter, she seeks to impart knowledge across board. Her work spans across organization of workshops, seminars and collaborations with stakeholders in private and public institutions based in the fields of education, religious outreach and N.G.Os.
She has received the following awards in recognition of her service:
